what I offer

As your birth doula, I will provide two prenatal meetings, support at your labor and birth, as well as a postpartum check in. I will be available for unlimited communication via email, text, and call throughout your pregnancy for any support and questions you may have.

I can provide support in:

​

  • Creating a birth plan

  • Determining what comfort measures work for you

    • i.e. rebozo, comforting touch, massage, heat pads, essential oils, hydrotherapy, etc.​

  • Cooking your first postpartum meal

  • Listening and creating space for you (and your partner if applicable) to process and express emotions

I can provide support in:

​

  • Cooking and planning meals based on your body's cravings and foods that help in postpartum recovery

  • Making sure you are able to get your needs met

    • i.e. sleeping, eating, showering​

  • Listening and creating space for you (and your partner if applicable) to process and express feelings

As your postpartum doula, my role is very flexible and I will provide whatever you and your family needs in the moment. This can range from emotional support, basic breast/chest feeding support, cooking, cleaning, caring for older children, caring for pets, running errands, etc.
